How to Use Breeze Duo ID for the card holder

Duo ID is initialized by a operator in the Breeze portal, that issues your Photo ID cards. The administrator can choose which information should be hidden, visible, and managed by the cardholder. This may include personal information, PIN codes, and photos. The cardholder will receive an email link with a request to complete the required information. There will also be an option for the cardholder to upload a photo or take one via a webcam or mobile camera if required by the administrator. Once the cardholder has completed the necessary information, they will preview the ID bearer. This allows the cardholder to quality-check the information before sending it to the administrator for approval. The administrator will have the opportunity to approve or reject a request and provide comments for any changes the cardholder may need to make for the order to be approved.

Duo ID – Self-service, cardholder's tasks

Fields that are normally convenient for such self-service are:

  • ID photo

  • Requested PIN code

  • Contact or delivery information

  • Registration No. on vehicles

Here's an example of what a Duo ID request would look like for the cardholder. The email link leads to this self-service website.

 

Any data that has already been filled in in the registration form, by the User or the Administrator, will be displayed to the Cardin-Holder, and this data can either be for review, possible to change or, as shown here, it must be filled in.

 

If it is a card with ID photo, it can be uploaded here, either by selecting the image file from the device used, or taking the photo directly with the camera.

  

There is the option to rotate the image, adjust colors and adjust contrasts if necessary.

 

After mandatory data is registered and ID photo is confirmed the request by pressing "SEE PREVIEW" at the bottom of the Duo ID registration page.

 

 

Preview
Once the correct information has been entered and the cardholder is satisfied with the preview, it is confirmed and the request is sent back to Breeze for further processing by pressing "SEND REQUEST".

Duo ID – mail to cardholder

The email sent from the system will appear as coming from the portal provider and the sender address will be the same as in the activation email: partner@idportal.no

 

The template is generic for the portal provider, but the portal name content will be in the text of the user:
